Governor Wes Moore, Attorney General Aaron Ford, Southern Nevada Congressmembers Energize Volunteers, Launch Canvasses Across Las Vegas

Today in Las Vegas, Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Attorney General Aaron Ford, and Reps. Susie Lee, Dina Titus, and Steven Horsford launched canvasses across southern Nevada with just 21 days until the start of in-person early voting and fewer than 40 days until Election Day. The visit from Moore highlights the important role Nevada’s midterm election will play in defeating Republicans in a core swing state this cycle to push back against Donald Trump and win back the House in 2026. 

Nevada State Democratic Party Chair Daniele Monroe-Moreno released the following statement:

“The energy was off the charts this weekend with Governor Wes Moore and our candidates rallying Democrats across Southern Nevada as we head into the final stretch of this election. Nevada families are facing impossible choices under the Lombardo-Trump economy and Democrats have a plan to fix it.
